狗狗吃了芒果核不会死，但是芒果核可能会卡在狗狗的胃肠道引起异物性的胃肠炎，如果狗狗还对芒果过敏的话，可能会两相结合引发急性的出血性胃肠炎症状。建议不要随意给狗狗吃芒果。
